CTFH serves the Macomb, Oakland and Wayne county Michigan areas. I provide an on-site based service company, which means I come to your location or if you prefer feel free to drop off your equipment at my shop. From home users to small business, I am there for you.
For computer retail sales and service companies, I provide subcontract services on a per hourly basis plus travel expenses.
Professional Experience:
Twentyeight years experience at the retail and customer support level as a break / fix bench technician. I specialize in the repair of laptop, desktop computers and laser printers.
IBM, Lenovo, HP / Compaq, Lexmark, Dell, Gateway and Toshiba are some of the major brand names that I work on.
Some of the services I provide:
- Computer Repair (Laptop and Desktop Computers) Hardware
- Printer Laser Service (Most major brands) - repair, cleaning and maintenance kits
- Software Installation, Microsoft Updates, Virus / Spyware Detection and Removal, Computer Upgrades
- Software Factory Reloads - limited data backup provided
- 5 years of Web Design experience - HTML and PHP
- Computer Cleaning Service
Break/Fix Service Rates:
Walk-In Serviceat $35/hour*
On-Site Service at $85/hour*
Pick-up and Delivery Service $15.
*Minimum Fee: 1 hour of labor.
